Comfortable sleep until woken up by man calling for help

Liked:Location, room size, desk, comfortable bed, hot breakfast

Disliked:At 3am, loud ‘animal’ noises woke us up, it sounded like a goat honestly, but a door opened and a man started crying out for ‘Help!’ I called the front desk, and they said they were taking care of it. In the morning, the checkout staff said they had no knowledge of what happened. My mind fills with conjecture-none good.
