Impossible to access

Liked:We arrived at the hotel about 9.30pm after our flight from Bishkek but our bus was not able to drop us at the lobby as the surrounding roads were closed due to some flower festivals near the hotel. We could see the hotel from our bus but could not drive in as all roads leading to the hotel was either blocked by parked vehicles or by barricades. It was so frustrating to drive for almost an hour around the hotel attempting to drive in. We had to call the hotel reception for assistance but response was really slow. For a 5 star hotel, this is really poor as they are fully aware of road closures leading to the hotel. They should have stationed staff at the blocked areas to facilitate guests driving in. We stayed 2 nights and it was better on the 2nd night but damage was done. Good breakfast n decent room.

Definitely will return for my next visit in Tashkent

Liked:My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt genuine, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the lounge on the 7th floor. It offered a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and a great selection of food and beverages, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also really appreciated the thoughtful gestures from the hotel team. I was offered a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient, and I was given a room on one of the top floors with a good view. These small but meaningful touches made a big difference. Another standout experience was the couples massage at the hotel spa, it was absolutely excellent. The treatment was deeply relaxing, beautifully arranged, and a perfect experience to enjoy together. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent. The combination of exceptional staff, great amenities, and attention to guest comfort makes it a standout choice.

Great hotel , with fantastic customer service.

Liked:The room was large , with a comfy bed and a very well equipped bathroom. Plenty of space for clothes. Lovely and helpful staff . Breakfast was great , lots of good options , we also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and was great.
