Excellent customer service

Liked:I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront and was truly impressed by the level of customer service throughout my visit. A special thank you to Rubin and Debra, who both went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help made a great experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, but what really stood out was the outstanding service from the staff. Rubin and Debra exemplify what great customer care should look like, and they made a lasting positive impression on my stay. Wonderful Hotel

Liked:We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early. The staff were always wonderful and kind. The beds were beyond comfortable as we meant to sit for a moment and ended up asleep. Definitely a wonderful experience.
