Liked:I just left the property and would like to give others the heads up before booking this hotel. - The doors to the room are very tricky. You’ll spend a lot of time figuring out how to get in and out of your room. - I paid an upgrade for ‘sea view’ — when I arrived I realized there is no direct sea view from any room. You can see some water from far away between heavy vegetation. All rooms had the same view. - The initial room I checked into had no hot water to take a shower. I brought this up with the hotel and they said all they have is “lukewarm”. In this particular room the AC did not work well. - The hotel moved me to a different smaller room but didn’t want to refund any money. - It is difficult to access the road and it is quite far from El Tunco beach and restaurants. - They do have a beach at the end of street which is full of garbage. The hotel did mention they will hire a company to clean. - Breakfast wasn’t great. - The safe in my room didn’t work. - No phone in the room to contact reception - you’ll have to go downstairs to speak with someone directly. In my opinion, the price per night which is a lot higher compared to other hotels in this area is not a good deal. I will not stay at this hotel again.
