Exceptional

Liked:It was perfect for an impulsive trip to the area to check out colleges. It was clean, very comfortable, affordable and we could bring our dogs.

Disliked:We did have to hunt down the beeping smoke detector and take the battery out. The toilet in the master kept running despite our best efforts. Not deal breakers, just minor things.

Cozy space minutes away from “The Moon” concert venue

Liked:We needed a place to stay for a concert we were going to. Really love the comfort and coziness of the house and “Spencerville”. It’s a great location and love that we could bring our dog. We would stay there again!

Superb

Liked:Loved the furniture. Many lovely antique pieces. Well equipped kitchen.

Disliked:The sheets on the front bedroom bed were very rough. There were loose tiles in the smaller bathroom. It's clear that the house is being renovated, but there's still a lot to do. The back porch should have been closed off. It was being held up by a bottle jack. All the door latches need help.
