The best short break I've ever had.

Liked:Everything: food, service, room, gym, rooftop pool and bar and restaurant. Everything was excellent.

Disliked:Staff have no respect for your requests I made very clear that the card I give for deposit is not to be used, I went to the desk to handle the checkout separately and they decided on their own the charge the card they had on file AFTER my checkout without even contacting me because they made an internal error with what I was shared by under €20. The point was that card is off limits and no respect for me saying so. So many other ways to deal with and charging customers when you’ve made an error at your desk and they are not at fault on a card they specified you should not use under any circumstances and you gave your word you will not do is super unprofessional
