Lovely staff & location! Construction was a little annoying, but the stay was worth it.

Just what we needed at a very difficult time.

Liked:Due to a medical emergency while we were vacationing in upstate New York, my husband had to spend more than a week at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse. We found this hotel, just a few blocks from the hospital, where we stayed for three nights before getting an Airbnb for the next week or so. The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer as we tried to figure out what to do amid these unexpected circumstances, so far from home. In particular, the front desk staff helped us extend our stay for an extra day and were overwhelmingly so kind that it made this crisis more manageable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the small size of this hotel provided the calm and quiet that were just what we needed. If there was an option to award more than five stars, I would.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff and I will definitely be back!

Liked:Several things. Number one it's beautiful and I love the history behind the building. Second it was very clean which is so appreciated after a long drive-not having to worry about that just showering and passing out in a comfy clean bed! Not to mention the staff was on point! No attitude just smiles and kindness! Something I definitely needed since I was having surgery the next day! Did I mention my name was on the tv when I walked in? How cute :)
