Liked:The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to us when we couldn't get the room we had previously booked. We enjoyed our stay.

Disliked:I didn't like that some of our family members had to go out and buy an air mattress because they oversold the rooms and they didn't get there second room that they had booked.

Terrible stay...will never return.

Disliked:The bathroom was filthy! Room was very small.Plug outlet was not connected. Shower curtain was dirty, three quarter size and half hung. No bath towels. Had an added expense which was fraudulent....reported to visa. No way to touch base with manager of Best Western!!

If breakfast is from 7 till 9 then you should be able to get breakfast at 7. Not workers showing up

Liked:Breakfast was too late starting. The workers didn't show up until 7 so Breakfast didn't start till about 7:30. So we went without because our race started at 8:05

Disliked:No coffee machine in our room

Was good and would go there again in the future.

Liked:The breakfast was good. It had a variety of things to choose from and was very well set up. It was nice to see so many choices, instead of a cold breakfast. Really appreciated the effort put into the breakfast for the guests.

Disliked:My niece had two rooms booked, but they were over sold and she only got one room, and had to spend money on an air mattress so as her family could stay for the wedding. Would have been better if she had received both rooms that she booked.
