Disliked:It’a lower Grand floor flat with just one medium window, so the smell was like damp, sewer problems. Also, I rented for three person, but I got for just two. And I had no answer at them

Liked:This was a great location and great price with good instructions to get to parking and for check in. When I did message about the issues with the flat we were moved somewhere much better for our 2nd night without any fuss.

Disliked:When we arrived the flat had a stale, damp smell about it. When looking around the bedroom was meant to have 3 single beds for me and my 2 children, instead there was a double bed and a single. When putting my children to bed, I pulled back the duvet to find 2 wet patches on the sheet of the double bed, and the damp smell was incredibly strong on the mattress. Once I settled the children I tried to relax on the sofa despite the smells and found 2 cigarette burns on the sofa. When I returned from the trip I have complained via booking.com wanting a refund for my first night as it as awful, the host has not replied to booking.com meaning there is nothing they can do for me. All in all an awful experience for me and my children and even worse when I don’t get any acknowledgement of recompense from the host!!
