Mistaken Break In

Liked:The woman who checked me in was very kind and friendly and got me checked in immediately with no delay.

Disliked:Someone broke into my room at 3 AM, and when I brought it up to the lady at the desk in the morning, it was written off as a mistake. I would normally not complain, but this "mistaken guest" used his shoulder to force my door open, which is not often done by accident.

Just terrible.

Liked:Nothing really.

Disliked:Everything. The room smelled like cigarettes. The room did not look like the picture online. Nothing was clean the bathroom still have left over hairs from previous guests. The one lady at the front desk was super rude checking us in.
