Completely fine, but not memorable.

Liked:The location was perfect - walking distance to some shops and food/restaurants. I liked that it was an external entrance so I didn't have to walk far to my car.

Disliked:The room was a bit damp/musty and the bathroom needs a bit of updating (the toilet was so low to the ground and the shower/tub was clean, but was clearly old and in need of an upgrade.

Really nice hotel, just beware of the stairs

Liked:The two free electric cars charging stations right next to the hotel, really practical for people with EV! Beds were really comfortable too! Breakfast was really good!

Disliked:I didn’t know there was no elevator in this hotel and that our room would be on the second floor with a little staircase to climb with all our luggage! I might have overlooked the information in our booking, so it’s not necessarily their fault!

Exceptional staff

Liked:My family and I unexpectedly found this hotel after the hotel we had originally booked double-booked our room. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. They truly saved our trip, and we were so grateful for their kindness and exceptional hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
