Liked:I highly recommended this to my friends from davao who like to visit surigao . My girlfriend like the kitchen also you can do laundry . Its safe also and the neighbors its very friendly . I like to thank also to jhustin for helping us to extend to stay .

Liked:I liked the location somewhat only late at night and early in the morning it was loud didn't really hear any talks or birds or trikes at that I did like the privacy wall and the fact that we were able to rent a scooter for 350 a day or even cheaper if you rent it for a week or even cheaper if you rent it for 2 to 3 weeks or even cheaper if you rent it for a month there was a little problem with the pressure of the water other than that I think everything was great oh the washer for the clothes in the dryer for the clothes were extremely loud but good thing that they had a heavy door to muffle most of the sound All in all I give it an 8 out of 10 good price decent location not too far from sharagal City I was able to go into city multiple times not have to worry about traffic not having to worry about what I needed to eat for where I was going to get it

Disliked:I didn't like that in the Baron guy there's a couple of people that have negotiations businesses per se that right around with huge speakers blasting early in the morning and late at night their business and then a bunch of dogs that just roamed the streets trying to pick fights with other dogs that make them bark loudly yeah other than that it was pretty decent

All in all we felt very comfortable at this place. When we’ll be in Surigao City again we’ll stay there again.

Liked:Host was very responsive and solved small issues fast. The home itself is very comfortable and spacious, clean and quietly located. Best suited for two people.

Disliked:The biggest issue is the water pressure and the water heater in the shower. The heater works not continuously. So the water changes always from cold to warm and cold again.
