Liked:Everything was fine

Disliked:The aircondition was set at 65, but its feels like 74, but we didn’t have time to complain about that, and the bathroom the drain of the shower was not so pretty, the shower handles where a little confused in the beginning how it works.

Excellent choice for comfort, location, shopping etc.

Liked:I liked everything! Staff awesome! Beds were super comfy and pillows, it was an excellent experience! And the mall is just 3 min away by car. Super Walmart, restaurants, etc. We’ll definitely comeback.

Disliked:They fact that they don’t say anything to people who smoke right outside the entrance, despite there are plenty “Do not smoke” signs people are so uneducated and disrespectful. They should be banned from the premises. Also, I wish they included breakfast.

Liked:HOUSEKEEPERS STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS FROM THE ROOM! I had shopped at the outlet mall across the street and had purchased a bag from Gucci that a housekeeper stole out of my room. Notified the Manager who didn’t care and didn’t even talk to one housekeeper about it. Immediately responded he didn’t know where it would be. STAY AWAY from this hotel!
