Not value for money

Liked:Next door to the shopping centre, close to public transport, bathroom mirror spotless.

Disliked:Reception staff could be more polite and friendly, housekeeping staff rude and just ran away when asked for towels, bathroom could be improved, fridge empty, just a basic room. No bathrobe or slippers and no carpet either.

Good stay

Liked:Room was nice, staff was helpful and they had a pool table, me and my friends took full advantage of.

Disliked:Sometimes during the night you could hear the police cars and ambulances passing by even though our room was not facing the main street. I know this is not something the hotel can do about it.

Please note that 24-hour parking is only possible at the park house in Zone AP1 and BP1, access to the park house is via Wolfram Strasse 35. Parking in the shopping center is only possible during the regular shopping hours. Guests must purchase a day ticket at the park house within 24 hours in order to receive the reduced daily parking rate. A deposit may be required at the property.
