The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Liked:Central location to shops, bars and restaurants was great. The hotel was directly in the main shopping area next to cafe’s. The Central bus station was only a 10 minute walk away which was ideal and the cheapest option to the Airport. Gamla Stan old town was also a short distance from the hotel.

Disliked:Our room had no window as it was below ground level but it was fine.

Liked:It was mostly as advertised and served me well for a last minute budget option due to a cancelled flight. The location is very very central!

Disliked:The soap was pretty much empty and the walls are very thin. In comparison to other similar hotels in Stockholm, it wasn't as clearly advertised that there were no windows. I also didn't like that due to this being a 24h café with the hotel in the basement it felt that anyone could just walk into the hotel area in the basement, I never was asked to prove that I was actually a resident there.

Disliked:Tiny, cramped room with bunk beds is very little for the money but hey, for a Scandinavian capital city I guess that's probably to be expected.

Liked:Close to main station walking distance to main areas was good got a good nights sleep with it being in a main area

Disliked:Nothing really to be honest only used hotel to sleep and wash grab a coffee in the morning was perfect for what i needed
