Liked:The location

Disliked:The only positive aspect of our stay was the reception staff. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The rooms were located in the basement, which was quite strange and disappointing. The air conditioning system could not be adjusted properly. The room was extremely cold, and the only option available was to make it even colder. Breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the price of this hotel. A buffet breakfast would be expected at this price point, but instead we were served just one egg, a simple sandwich, some juice, and coffee. When requesting anything extra, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel was far below our expectations and left us with a very negative impression. We will definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent concept and good rest in the very busy city center,thanks to the concept of the hotel rooms to be under ground

Liked:The concept is great.You have a hotel on level -1,totally quiet in the bustling city.Rooms are modern and well done.When you want to go to the bathroom during the night,as soon as your feet touch the floor the floor lights turn on,so you can see where to go. Deli is connected to it,you can buy all kinds of food,fresh fruits and all the healthy food. Two people that made my stay comfortable and welcomed are Tomatz,very friendly and eager to help,and Tatyana,that filled my water bottle so many times with a smile on her face.

Disliked:Very small room. The whole bathroom is frosted glass which means there is no privacy whatsoever. Also no windows.
