Great location; Best restaurant in town (breakfast and dinner); Rooms could be better planned.

Liked:The hotel staff were some of the best hotel staff we have ever found in hotels around the world; friendly, kind, detailed. The common areas are also great: there's a little bar which looks (and is) very beautiful, and the restaurant of the hotel is certainly its best feature. Visitors who don't book at this restaurants are missing out. It's a pity it doesn't work on Mondays. We would have loved to spend our last day there again. The breakfast is of great quality, as well.

Disliked:If you are someone who enjoys staying in their room, you might not find this hotel to be to your liking or you might need to ask for an upgrade. The room we were in was badly planned: it gives the impression it's small, but it isn't - it needs a better designer. There is no storage space (as in... none at all). They have some openings below the bed for luggage, but the only thing that can fit there is a backpack. Also, noise from the street is very loud (we were on the first floor) and people went wild on Friday and Saturday nights. One comment here for breakfast: the vegan options are very poor: there are three desserts which are so sweet that we couldn't eat them. Not many vegan savoury options (except 3 spreads).

Location and charm

Liked:We’ve stayed here multiple times and realised that one thing that sets a good hotel apart from a bad one is maintenance. There is no scuffing or things that don’t work - the rooms look the same every single time. Top points for GHD hairdryers. Cleaning had also improved since last time and room was spotless. Check in friendly and breakfast as always great quality. My husband was hankering for a croissant and was surprised and pleased when morning staff brought round fresh from the oven croissants to the table without asking. And of course the location is unbeatable.

Liked:-very cmofortable bed -delicious breakfast -beutiful design

Disliked:-the rooms are tiny and don't have much space for storage. At least bedside tables could be bigger, so there would be some place to put things away
