Liked:The staff was kind, the lobby rooms are lovely, the location served our needs, and the breakfast was excellent.

Disliked:At check in we were accidentally given an occupied room. Awkward! The champagne and chocolates they brought were a very nice gesture. The shower was very powerful, which was both good and bad… the bathroom floor was really wet after washing my hair. I slipped and nearly fell climbing down out of the tub. I think the subway runs under the hotel. While standing near the breakfast room, we could feel the vibration under our feet. In our first floor room, we could hear odd rumbling during the quiet early morning hours… Not good if you’re a light sleeper.
