Highly recommended

Liked:Amazing staff and service. Handwritten note in my room even though I booked the cheapest category. The staff at reception are all extremely friendly, positive and helpful. Very clean and well maintained room. Lovely late breakfast and checkout times, later than other hotels. Free fika available during the day.

Disliked:Honestly can't think of a thing and I really recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a convenient location

Liked:The hotel was very clean and in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation. We arrived early and there was no problem to get an early check-in. After check-out we were able to.leave our luggage in a secure storage room while we went to check out some upscale vintage stores just a short walk away. This hotel is MUCH nicer than a Best Western in the US would be.

The hotel and its staff made our trip to Stockholm all the more enjoyable.

Liked:Every member of the hotel staff, cleaners, and those on the breakfast kitchen and reception desk were friendly and accommodating. The range and quality of the breakfast food was excellent too. The room, whilst on the cozy scale, had a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Another very big plus was that the hotel possesses two “24 hour” nearby and outside car park spaces (across from the hotel) that can be booked so there was no need to have to move our car between 9am-3pm every day.

Disliked:There wasn’t anything that we did not like about the hotel. We were aware prior to booking that it was about a twenty minute walk into the city centre, maybe a little far for some folk but we were ok with the distance.
