Excellent breakfast, great facilities, and a very comfortable stay!

Liked:I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent, with a good variety of options. I particularly appreciated having access to a gym and sauna, as well as the convenient self-check-in, self-checkout, and self-service shop. Overall, excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again!

Disliked:The room was smaller than the photographs suggested, although I did receive a discounted rate through Booking.com. The gym is also quite small and has limited equipment, but it was sufficient for a workout. Public transport is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and some interactions with reception felt a little awkward.

Disliked:I paid in advance for early check-in, but upon arrival, the room was not ready. Essentially, I paid for a service that was not delivered. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, there were issues processing our check-in, and we weren't even offered a place to store our bags. Aiden needs to seriously reconsider their front desk staffing. If a hotel charges for early check-in, honoring that commitment is the bare minimum. Very disappointing experience.

Liked:Very close to the metro station, nice breakfast.

Disliked:The bed was very narrow. We stayed 3 nights, noone showed up to change our towels at least.

Liked:The location was good, with a direct metro connection to the city centre. Breakfast was acceptable, and overall, the hotel was reasonably priced for Stockholm.

Disliked:Although the room was clean when we checked in, there was no housekeeping service during our five-day stay. It became very dusty, and by the end, it felt uncomfortable to spend time in the room. The double bed was approximately 140 cm wide, which felt too small for two people. We requested an upgrade and moved to a room with two single beds, each around 90 cm wide, which gave us more sleeping space. Regular cleaning and a larger double bed would have made our stay much more comfortable.
