Not perfect but met my requirements and great value for money.

Liked:Great location, free parking if you arrive in good time. Comfy bed and good sized TV.

Disliked:Broken toilet seat and a bit of mould in the shower.

OK entry level guest house room with bathroom OK but needs maintenance on some other issues

Liked:Good location - only 12mins walk from Stirling station. An older property but well converted with good modern shower room and bedroom furnished OK. Good to have 3 double sockets in room.

Disliked:Window was in v poor condition - old sash window, need replacing. Needed huge strength to open as no counter-balance wasn't working. Also needs a strong object to prop it open. And the radiator was all rusty - possibly due to people drying wet clothes but it needs sorting.
