Overcharge and rudeness

Liked:This review is about being overcharged and treated rudely per a reservation through ParkSleepFly. My reservation receipt as well as the website clearly stated that all parking days were included. However, the hotel's computer showed that only seven days were included. I had to persist in getting a refund which was finally done by a woman who was snippy and rude. I sent a letter to Best Western corporate and never recieved a response as to why the Best Western hotel's computer was not synced with the ParkSleepFly moniker. Ironically I chose this hotel as I had a good experience using ParkSleepFly for a previous trip. Failure to respond is inexcusable . Failure to provide explanations is inexcusable. Rudeness is inexcusable. If you decide to use this hotel, be certain to get a copy of your receipt on checkout. The hotel never emailed me my receipt and I did not know about the overcharge until I received my credit card statement. Always check your statements!
