Disliked:the pull out couch was not comfortable. and the chairs in living room are rock solid but in a bad way.

Beautiful views but unfortunately won’t be returning

Liked:The views are beautiful. There was a lot we didn’t like but I do have to give credit to the manager who offered a refund for the rest of our stay should we want to move somewhere else. Treasure island was at full capacity so there wasn’t really anywhere to move to so we stayed and didn’t want to waste a day of our vacation moving to somewhere else but is unusual to be offered a refund to go somewhere else so I wanted to highlight this to be a balanced review and we appreciated it.

Disliked:3rd visit to treasure island. Unit was filthy on arrival, couches stained, floor dirty, toaster had food sticking out of it, some kind of tomato sauce on stool. Cockroach on balcony, TV was glitchy so unable to watch anything. We did get a further clean where we left the room the following day to take place and although was cleaner, there were still significant stains and dirt missed which we cleaned ourselves. Pool was out of use for two days. When we did use the pool, there was the pool radio playing, a group playing country and a group playing Spanish music which any on their own is fine but all mixed into three was stressful and staff were present but did nothing. The guy we checked in with was rude and patronising and seemed so ‘over’ the guests visiting. Had to buy cleaning supplies and clean all the cutlery, plates and cupboards, not what you want to do on vacation. Housekeeping was mediocre, towels scratchy. So much potential but needs attention to detail and work on cleanliness.

Fusion Resort was a fantastic place to getaway with clean, comfortable, and beautiful views.

Liked:The property was clean and the staff were informative and nice. Made you feel welcome. It was easy to check in and out. The view was wonderful. Saw manatees and dolphins from the balcony just before a rain storm. Located close to two public beach access points, Publix, and local restaurants. Family friendly.
