Disliked:I would not recommend paying for valet parking with cash. One of the attendants at the entrance told us we could pay in cash, accepted our payment, gave us a parking ticket, and then after we checked out, our card was still charged. When we questioned it, we were told there was no record of the cash payment. We contacted the hotel to report what happened because it appeared that one of their employees had taken the cash. Unfortunately, instead of investigating or offering any type of resolution or refund, we were told that he was one of their best employees. Aside from this disappointing experience with the valet staff and how management handled the situation, the hotel itself was clean, nice, and enjoyable. I just strongly recommend paying for parking with a card and keeping your receipt if you stay here.

Nice place but poor amenities

Liked:Breakfast sucked! And too expensive for a European breakfast with cold cuts…weird! $18 per person ! Too much

Disliked:I was blown away that there were no microwave in the hotel for guest to use ! All hotels have some sort of microwave. Also the hotel needs friendlier staff.
