Home away from home in St. John's!

Liked:Perfect for a couple or family that wants all the amenities of home while in St. John's. It was great to have a full kitchen and two bedrooms. Even though we don't have kids it allowed me to get a little work done without disturbing my partner. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great the entire stay. The location was driving distance from downtown, but it was nice to have a place to park for free and nothing was more than about 15 minutes away. There was a large grocery store actually just a 5 minute drive away which was convenient!

Disliked:There are a few small wares in the kitchen that could use replacing like the cutting boards and the knives need a good sharpening but those are small details. If you want to be immersed in downtown St. John's during your stay and you don't care about having a kitchen this might not be your ideal location.

Home away from home

Liked:I liked the space which was available and the fact that the unit was an apartment and not a hotel. I was able to prepare meals and also watch TV on my down time. The location was not too bad as I had a rental and it was still fairly close to the down town , I think at only 11 minutes away by car. The property manager was communicative and addressed any questions we had promptly.

Disliked:There were a lot of air fresheners and tubs of air fresheners in the unit, more than 10. I have a scent sensitivity and this one made me pretty sick. I had not previously asked for scent free accommodations. Also the bathroom could've used additional proper towels and the pillows were not comfy and otherwise an excellent stay.
