Disliked:Issues with key card. Stay there for 2 nights & had to go to front desk 5 extra times because keycard for door wouldn’t work. Also sink would drain very slowly.

Loved everything.

Liked:Appreciated late checkin / checkout!! Flight delayed so got in late - - needed to sleep, so checked out late. REALLY appreciate your flexibility on that!
