Bravo! Great room & great staff!

Liked:Beautiful. Very nice room with character. Staff is literally top notch. I have not been so impressed in staff at any hotel.

Disliked:Block party in town and difficult to get around. Not property fault. They had parking down street and staff actually came to the lot to ensure we found our way! Wow!

Liked:The staff went over and above. Room was clean and very nicely done.

Disliked:The bathroom is an odd design due to space. When you stand up from the toilet, you pretty much hit your head on a wall cutting out. I'm only 5'2", so anyone taller would have to be very careful. Also, the floors are VERY slippery when wet.

Clean, comfortable, great stay.

Liked:Booked last minute after a flight cancellation. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Booked a superior room and deluxe suite. Both rooms were very big and with huge bathrooms. The suite had a roof terrace (though because of a nesting gull with a chick, the mother gull would try to attack if you went out on the terrace). Great location on the main street. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but very good!

Disliked:Missing do not disturb signs for doors, which is a small necessity and meant housekeeping couldn't know i didn’t need them and entered the room while i was in there. Our rooms where on the 2nd and 3rd floor and you could hear the loud music from the bar below and street outside. While this didn't bother me, it may be a deal breaker to others. The superior room (205) had a very small, high up, almost skylight - so no proper window. And this is not mentioned on their website or booking.com. Again, did not bother me as just needed somewhere to sleep, but may be a problem for others.
