Liked:Location and Joan at the front desk who was so helpful and knowledgeable and a smile for everyone who passed in the lobby- watching the ships come in the harbour from our room were wonderful sights each day

Excellent downtown choice

Liked:Excellent hotel in downtown, close to everything. Great views over the port, with comfortable, well lit rooms with blackout blinds. Restaurant or lobby cafe for breakfast, both good.

Disliked:Kettle available at reception unless your happy with a Clooney-machine! Lifts a bit slow to arrive!

Very enjoyable.

Liked:I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel - only coffee. I liked the location and I liked how simple but sophisticated the rooms are. I also liked the security for the elevators and within the room. Loved the control panel!

Disliked:Dummy instructions for the heat in the shower would have been helpful - I just stumbled on how to get the hot water on.
