Dangerous facility in Springfield, Mo.

Liked:This facility has the worst front desk staff we have ever encountered!! During the last stay, staff could barely acknowledge our arrival. We have used this hotel 6 to 8 times per year attending local dog shows. Repeated vehicle robberies, three last week, has made us worry constantly about our safety so we have cancelled future reservations and booked other facilities in Springfield.

Cars being broken into

Liked:Hotel is ok but the area has issues with cars getting broken into and staff doesn’t care. I have stayed here several times over the years but will be looking to stay in elsewhere. Staff is gotten very unattentaive and worse. Hotel needs to increase cameras and security and care about there guest but until then I won’t be staying there again

The worst bed ever

Liked:The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The front desk employees were very short with us…no greeting us or mentioning to us about breakfast times or time of checkout. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The mattress was so hard that I could not get a good nights sleep due to the pains in my back. I believe the parking lot would have been more comfortable than that bed. The breakfast food was just okay nothing to praise about.
