Disliked:Definitely needs an update, the rooms are wore down and things like the smoke detector were broken off the wall. And the room phone wasn't even hooked up

Liked:Location was great. Breakfast was good. The size of the room was good. Staff was great, very friendly.
Disliked:Sticky stain on carpet. Asked for someone to clean it and nobody came. Broken ice machine on our floor. One morning there was no hot water. But, it was fixed later that day. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet was nasty. You had to press the up button on the elevator to go down and one of the lights by the bed didn't work. But, overall the hotel was clean.

Disliked:The hot tub has been turned off for 4 years and was unavailable. Also the indoor pool was not available on our day of arrival.

Disliked:I have been trying to get a refund for this cancelation, 6148812450, but Booking.com has failed to help. The polite service rep at your hotel, Nicholas I belive, told me I would get a refund, but Booking.com lays the problem on your hotel. You should not do business with them.
