Champions burger in the champions restaurant is too expensive. 15.250 JD. This is a classic burger .

Disliked:Everything in the hotel is for charge. Mini bar not free Water is not free .wifi Internet is not free, Only limiterd access is free.

The reception stuff👎

Disliked:I have a lot of memberships in most hotel and I decided not to continue with Marriott because of problems happened before and I stayed with the other hotel chains this time I decided to book Marriott Desi via Booking.com to duplex apartments never seen this in my life, and I will never see in future. I’m not talking about the resort staff or facility. They’re amazing the experience I had at the reception when I checked in and check out. It was one of the most disrespect and unprofessional. I feel so sorry for this hotel to have a staff like this welcoming guest in reception what I’m about to say I dare them to deny the details. I’m going to explain the first room the double one was giving at 3:10 when I entered the room the staff where still cleaning the other room I received the key at 4 PM. I told them exactly why no one professional offered us since 1230 a small room just to change so the kids and my family enjoy the pool by the time the rooms are getting ready. They realized this problem at 3 PM. No one professional offered us nothing. They told us to go to the spa to change and the spa refuse the kids to change their clothes. It was so humiliating so embarrassment. We didn’t enjoy that sea because of this, I was shocked from the manager himself not because he didn’t train his stuff to be professional and offer a small room to let us change he didn’t even offer a glass of water to us or even anything complementary just to fix the problem the next day they told us after I stayed one night spending a lot of money they told us one room check out at one the second room checkout at two when we went to settle the payment nobody offer even a decent apologize. The manager was so rude looking at us without even coming saying anything to fix the problem once again I confirm the staff of the resort they were so amazing and the facilities I’m talking about the reception stuff.

Yet another wonderful stay.

Liked:The Marriott Dead Sea has been a favorite family destination with no hesitation. My kids love it and they always remember the moments they spent there. Mr. Alaa Abu Hilal has been very kind and helped us find the most suitable room for our family, and took care of all the details from the moment we stepped into the hotel. All in all, this was another memorable stay at our favorite spot at the Dead Sea. Thank you Marriott!

Disliked:The light configuration in the room is weird; it's not possible to turn on a single table lamp next to the couch by itself -- you either turn on all the lights together, or one single table lamp next to the bed. This was a little annoying because I couldn't sit in the couch at night by myself without turning all the lights and bothering the kids who were sleeping.
