Liked:Kennisha was great, the location & restaurant bar service

Disliked:Smelly & smoke filled rooms, water pressure in shower horrible. Housekeeping was subpar due no service on my first full day.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They have roaches and terrible front staff

Liked:NOTHING!

Disliked:The stay was terrible and I would like to report the front desk person was trying to charge us to check in and was going to essentially wanted us to pay more just for a room to be available I have a reservation. They wanted topocket the money for the room to be available. My other guest had roaches in her room as well and had to be moved to three different time! This hotel shouldn't be OPEN! Best? Not a happy customer!

Unique architectural design! Decent stay, 3 star.

Liked:We liked the option of having a refrigerator in the room. Would have also liked a microwave. The walls seem to be very soundproof as we didn't hear anything from the rooms on either side of us. The room door was pretty good, as hallway conversations were muffled (our room was right across from the elevator). Nice view from the 14th floor.

Disliked:We realize this is an older hotel but the rooms need upgrading - needs new carpet, wallpaper, woodwork, edging, closet door didn't close properly. All furniture (desk, side tables) was scratched and the fluff from the side chair was coming out. Stale smoke smell in the hallways and therefore it seeps into the rooms. No hand towels were in the room upon check-in. When the hallway room doors closed, it was a loud slam. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were in operation. Appears 2 of the 4 elevator are permanently out of use.
