Disliked:The refrigerator was not working. Desk attendant said Facilities would be there the next day. New attendant said he'd arrive on Monday. So the food we brought thatcneeded refrigeration was a bust. Unloading the pullout couch, it was noted there were no sheets or pillows. Called downstairs and informed i had to pick them up because there was no staff. I made note that one of the seat cushions had some pink candy stains and I wanted it noted that I did not cause it. Lastly, at checkout I inquired about the discount the first day attendant said would be provided due to day 1's no refrigerator which then turned into two days. The 3rd different attendant noted that she could not apply any changes as I did not book the room directly with the hotel. All three attendants were very warm and professional.

Liked:Honestly the staff, the residents, everything about this place is excellent, cannot be beaten for the price, a short taxi away to a 30min train into the heart of New York City, a no brainer
