DO NOT STAY HERE - No Hot Water & Dishonest Host

Disliked:I booked this 'Luxury' 2-bed apartment, but it was anything but luxury. There was no hot water for the duration of the stay. A technician visited and confirmed a faulty boiler part was needed, yet the host ('Admin') lied to Booking.com afterwards, claiming the water worked and offering only a 10% refund. Total lack of basic hygiene facilities. Avoid this place—the host is dishonest and the property is not maintained.

Disliked:Horrible communication with the admin, great I have the contact of the landlord and he could solve some of the problem. I still haven’t received any confirming or a proof of my deposit refund. The apartment was very poorly clean.
