Disliked:Never book this place — terrible experience! Before booking, I called the property because we were arriving after midnight. I was explicitly told that late check-in was available anytime and that someone would be there 24/7 to assist us. Based on that assurance, I booked. We arrived at MXP Airport after midnight and eventually took a taxi to the property. When we arrived, nobody was there, and there were four keypad locks but we had no access codes. The taxi driver tried calling the property several times, but no one answered. After waiting 15–20 minutes with no help, we had no choice but to return to the airport and spend the entire night there with our family. I accept that I should have checked my phone before leaving the airport, but I trusted the clear assurance given over the phone. The property only sent the check-in instructions around 10 PM on the day of arrival, which was far too late. The next morning, around 7:50 AM, I called and explained the situation. Instead of apologizing or helping us, the person was extremely rude, blamed us for the situation, and refused to let us come back even though checkout was at 10 AM. A completely miserable and stressful experience. Do not rely on their verbal assurances about late check-in. Get everything confirmed in writing and make sure you have the access codes before arriving. This was a miserable, stressful, and completely unacceptable experience. We paid for accommodation and ended up spending the entire night at the airport. We literally paid money to have this miserable experience.

Clean with good facilities - for overnight stay near Malpensa airport

Liked:Was sufficient for an overnight stay before early international flight. Good facilities - fridge and fairly large bathroom

Disliked:Bed mattress not very comfortable, but fair for the price. Also finding property at night not easy, not much light near front gate

Cheap place to rest your head but hard to find

Liked:Nice clean room and spacious bathroom the major problem was finding it. If they had said 100 yards from the holiday inn we would have found it

Disliked:Sheets were a bit scratchy and it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge
