Dirty, wet room, felt unsafe, bad check in. Will never stay here again.

Liked:Office staff was nice and tried her best to fix check in issues. Got us a room when issues showed up on our booking

Disliked:Started off bad when an issue with check in happened. Booked thru booking.com and everything on my end was fine. When checking in my room was associated with another guest who was not part of our group. Then room was not clean like it should have been. Floors were dirty especially in bathroom. It was so humid in the room the floors felt constantly wet. Beds uncomfortable and one of the worst parts - the security latch on the door was gone! The normal door lock was flimsy and the door moved around overnight making noise because it wasn't very secure. Dirty, wet room, felt unsafe, bad check in.

Liked:I booked and went and the room and turned around and left! Black stuff on mattress cover! Hairs on the sheets. Mold on the walls! It was disgusting!

Liked:The pool was alright. The pool had paint coming out of it. Somewhere to keep me to stay from sleeping in my car.

Disliked:The first room 101 I walked into and it had a terrible stench a few seconds later I started coughing and my chest started burning (my daughter has asthma). I then told them I need a different room. Took us upstairs to room 202 right above room 101. It smelled a little better . Bearable. On the way up he led me to this room and told me to keep the air conditioning on fan to save electricity I asked to repeat himself and he said "never mind They control it in the back anyways." Then I told him I could not deal with a hot room and he told me it would be cold when I got back from visiting family. I later returned and it was NOT cold. It felt worse then outside that I had to open my door to cool my room off. I later went and bought a 32$ box fan.I looked around the room after this and the sheets had a sticky damp feeling to them. I called the office no answer . So I went to my car from traveling and got my own blankets to lay on top of it. The sheets I pulled up stunk so bad like they was left sitting in the washer way to long or they put them on the bed damp. The fridge was frozen over inside. The chair under the cushion had black mold. Sunday morning I woke up and my chest was hurting and I could smell more mold the second night in there. When checking out the maintenance was in there pajamas. When I went to return my key no one was in the office. No professionalism at all.
