Decent hotel in a good location

Liked:Good location, comfortable room

Disliked:They allowed dogs in the pool area. When we told the lobby folks there was a dog INSIDE the pool area they shrugged it off.

Would be ok if technical maintenece was performed.

Liked:Location close to town. Parking covered. Beds comfortable.

Disliked:First rooms A/C sounded like jet engine, told no other rooms, but eventually found something. Second room found at 3am there was not heat out of A/C. Staff did not try to discount room for poor maintenance. 7am, on site construction to wake up to :-(

Liked:The staff was great! The room was really clean and beautiful overall would totally stay here again. I felt safe which is my favorite part! Loved the text message feature for requesting towels and toilet paper. Parking was really convenient. The pool area was beautiful.

Disliked:The carpet was pretty dirty didn't look dirty but after walking on it barefoot it could use a bath. Also the jacuzzi had some not so cute stuff floating about.

Liked:Location was perfect to everything in Solvang. We really enjoy the opportunity to get up to just walking distance to Center of town as well as all the shops.

Disliked:Evening was really good.
