Great service, great location.

Liked:The location close to Solna train station and a giant shopping mall was really appreciated. Also positive, for me, was the ability to get a room without windows. I loved that option.

Disliked:Nothing really, except one morning I was in "conflict" with my neighbour over the warm water for the shower.

Terrible and I advise booking some place else

Liked:Nothing as they bumped me and two colleges, all three of us had no communication from them related to this, and it’s just as well I rang to inform them we had a delayed flight, and wouldn’t arrive till Circa 1.30am, at this stage they told me we didn’t have any rooms due to “a technical issue”. So we booked just before taking off with a much more reliable hotel chain. Thanks for nothing “Quality hotel”. And it’s a shame you don’t live up to your name.

Disliked:Poor communication, and no respect for paying guests or rooms it seems
