Liked:Staff was great, very informative and happy to help. The made-to-order breakfast each morning was a nice addition. We liked the proximity to free parking and the local bus line.

Disliked:Air conditioner was very loud and the fan wobbled so badly we thought it may fall off the ceiling. The elevator was down while we were there so everyone was staying on the same floor. If they were out on their balcony it felt like they were talking right beside you.

Liked:The staff members were great, helpful and courteous.

Disliked:Having the elevator out of order meant much stair climbing. Trying to bring luggage down 3 flights of stairs was very difficult. No one offered to help when we arrived. I did call when we were leaving for assistance. The coffee maker in the lobby was generally not working well, requiring staff assistance.

Liked:It was a fantastic hotel to stay in Snowmass village. Especially the breakfast was awesome and energetic. They made juices freshly in front of us. I spoke to Ms. Catalina and her team, and they said they are completely revamping their breakfast menus and its very welcoming change from the regular continental breakfast that every other hotels provide. Thank you Catalina and Team Mt Chalet at Snowmass. Looking forward to see you again.
