Liked:Room was clean and it was quiet.

Disliked:Exterior and grounds definitely needed some help. Looked like the lawn hadn't been mowed at all.

Disliked:The property looked bad not mowed, not maintained like all the other times I stayed before Covid and after when it all went to remote. One cottages porch was covered with things like people are living there. Flower boxes falling apart shades in some windows falling apart. No ice provided and our coffee maker didn’t work I borrowed another one from a lady who wasn’t using hers. I have stayed there like 6 times over the yrs this time I was disappointed lucky the room was good but sad no one is there in the office to see over things. First time disappointed but my granddaughter and I made the most of our stay.

I would stay here again as the stay was nice!

Liked:The cottage was very nice inside and very clean! The staff was very nice and helpful. Friday nights are very expensive in the entire Lancaster area and this place was very reasonable. I also liked that it was set back from the traffic so very quiet except for the take off and landings of a flying school behind us. However, they did not fly after dark so it really was not an issue. The bathroom was very nice and roomy.

Disliked:The mattresses while comfortable were a bit crunchy sounding when getting up and down or rolling over. I never like self check in but lucked out that the manager was in the office to check us in. Other than that it was quite a nice stay.

Liked:Good location.

Disliked:Rooms not as clean as in the past. Not being maintained well. No human on premises. Initial calls answered by an AI bot, then by a human who speaks poor English and is probably not even in the US.
