not a good stay there

Liked:no breakfast

Disliked:the floors were dirty. no hot water. bed sheets were dirty. in both places. would never stay there again.for 440 for two rooms absolutely gross

Would not recommend. Remote check in was a pain. The beds linens weren’t washed and had previous guest’s food in it. Foo

Liked:It was off the main tourist hotel strip and the traffic was much lighter.

Disliked:The parking lot was very confusing.

Liked:There is nothing to like here. They are run down and poorly managed.

Disliked:The number that you call to check in is a central number. There really is no one there. Prior to arrival, I called to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in. Alex returned my call and informed me that the only room available for early check-in had a king-size bed. I explained that I was traveling with my son and that we do not share a bed, so I would keep my original reservation for a room with two queen beds. Alex acknowledged this and I believed my original reservation remained unchanged. Upon arrival, I contacted Alex for check-in instructions. He assigned me Cottage 51. When I arrived, there was no key in the lockbox, and the cottage contained a king-size bed rather than the two queen beds that I had reserved. I explained several times that this was not the room I had booked and referenced my reservation details. Despite this, Alex insisted that Cottage 51 was the correct room and stated that he would send me a voucher for the inconvenience. The voucher was never received. After further discussion, Alex informed me that Cottage 23 was available and that it was the correct cottage associated with my reservation. When I arrived at Cottage 23, there was again no key available, and the door was left open. Alex advised that housekeeping would bring a key. When housekeeping arrived, they asked whether I needed towels. I explained the situation and the issues I had experienced. At that point, I was informed that Cottage 23 could not be rented because there was no key available for the unit. By this time, it was already after 3:00 p.m. on the day of my stay, and I was left without accommodations. Given the circumstances, I had no choice but to secure alternative lodging on short notice at a significantly higher cost. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

If cleaned up it would be a great place to stay

Disliked:It was dirty, we had dirty towels in the kitchen sink, old used bar of soap in the shower, use wash fell when we moved the shower curtain. 2 of the 3 TV did not work and the remotes were sticking. Called because we could not figure out how to turn on shower head, never got a call back.
