Disliked:Manager , bathroom The manager or owner was not very helpful and the bathroom had a leak coming from either the sink or radiator so the floor was always wet , this was reported to the manager but nothing was done

A Perfect Little Motel for a Comfortable Stay

Liked:This little motel has been in Smiths Falls for decades. It's had its ups and downs. The current owner has refurbished it completely in exactly its original style. It doesn't have the amenities and services that the big hotels do, but the owner is kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and had sufficient space for the two of us. There is lots of parking. It's located near restaurants, the liquor and beer stores (if you're looking for those), small shops, coffee shops and it's just a five minute drive to downtown Smiths Falls.

Disliked:There wasn't anything we didn't like, but we had a difficult time with the TV. We had to bother the owner twice to come to our room and help us get the TV working. The TV looked new, we couldn't seem to manage the controls!!!
