Liked:What did I like….Everything! This place was absolutely stunning! I don’t even think a 10 score is high enough for the level of quality and attention to every slightest detail. This magical place nestled in the woods along a beautiful face of the mountain is stunning and the meals…I’m speechless! Every detail and crafted breakfast buffet is beyond exceptional…it’s hard to travel across Italy staying at multiple hotels and feel disappointed after you stay at Bad Ratze because they make all other hotels look bad because these guys are top notch! Staff…fantastic!!! I will tell anyone going to Italy they can’t miss this place it’s definitely number one on the list of must stay especially while hiking through the Dolomites!

Liked:We loved our stay here! It’s close to main attractions but also far enough where it is so peaceful and quiet. I personally never write reviews for hotels even if they are great but this hotel was fantastic so I had to write a review. Staff and front desk-amazing people and very nice. They make this hotel feel even more cozy. Food-breakfast are great and tasty. We only had dinner once here but it was great. This hotel has pools and saunas that add a great touch. Overall, we loved this hotel very much, and it was sad to go. We hope to come back some day.

Liked:Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily dinner menus were interesting and tasty. Plenty of activities available daily for a nominal fee, options that are age appropriate for kids and adults. Childcare facilities for the young ones were super useful while we went skiing. The caregivers even brought them along for forest walks or to the playground The attention to detail was very appreciated. Right sized bath robes for kids were already in the room when we arrived. When our kids asked for specific cutlery during dinner, the restaurant staff placed them at the table the next night without prompting. We felt completely at home at Bad Ratzes.
