Excellent stay, would recommend for a calm, clean, and quiet trip to Singapore

Liked:Stayed for two nights to celebrate our marriage. Location accessible by entering Sentosa and then changing to Bus B, alighting near the appropriate stop, which was announced by the bus. We were very lucky to have the hotel upgrade us to a really nice suite. The hotel staff were thoughtful and attentive, and the service was great. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The hotel is served by two main restaurants--we ate at The Cliff, and our experience there will be detailed later in this review. Generally, we felt that the room was value for money. It was very clean and very well provisioned. The hotel had very kindly provided us with a small congratulatory cake, some celebratory fruit, and some festive balloons. There were three areas for improvement, which are worth highlighting in this review, and which I have also included in my feedback to the hotel. On the first night, we noticed that one of the bathroom lights was leaking. It was probably caused by some plumbing issues above the light, which the hotel remedied immediately (on the same evening we checked in). This was done by hoovering up the excess liquid. We also asked for several extra towels to contain it, which the hotel also provided. On the second morning, we noticed that the coffee machine was in fact not clean. Unfortunately, despite the hotel's best efforts, this could not be resolved by the third morning, possibly because the stains were too deep. As such I did not drink coffee on both mornings. On both nights, the hotel bathroom mosaic tiles shed. Despite the hotel's best efforts, it seems that the tiles continued to be displaced. My suspicion is that the bathroom may perhaps be old and may need to be mildly renovated.
