Staff really nice and helpful

Liked:I would like to share my experience with all guests coming here. Although hotel rooms are a little old , they still are comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful. I would like to mention and give my recommendations and thanks to : Kelvin Lee at breakfast cook, he is very kind and efficient. Iman and Amin in the concierge. Jay and Grace at the business lounge. And front desk staff too. Javier

Well located near Newton MRT and Hawker Centre

Liked:Following a long flight we arrived well before check in time. The amazing reception team managed found us a room so we could check in early which was a real bonus and very much appreciated. The room was clean, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the pool and grounds. The bed was big and super comfy. The bathroom is possibly a bit dated with a shower over bath and shower curtain but great toiletries were provided and the shower curtain was changed regularly. The Breakfast was lovely and there was something for everyone. They had an egg station and the omelettes were great. All staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located for Newton MRT and Hawker centre and Orchard Road

Liked:Stayed here for many nights, always had the joy of being served by Kelvin Lee during breakfast! He is nice and kind, saying hello to me when he recognises me in the morning and the eggs he makes are so yummy!
