Great location, not consumingly expensive compared to others within the area

Liked:1. Room was very clean. Spacious for Singapore hotel rooms considering I've stayed in some shoeboxes before with big brand named hotels in Singapore city. 2. Toilet was clean, shower was spacious. 3. Aircon was cold enough in a hot and humid environment outside. 4. Accommodated my baby cot request, and extra towels too. 5. Staff were professional and friendly.

Disliked:The parking structure is in the back of the hotel in a separate building. There is a flight of stairs from the lobby to the back of the hotel which is a road that you have to cross into the parking structure. A bit odd that they do not provide any lifts or alternative solutions as we had luggage that we had to carry up and down the stairs and narrow corridor.

Liked:Staff was friendly Room was clean and tidy Many channels to choose from Location is very convenient

Disliked:The guests were a little noisy, could hear people talking loudly and shouting outside the room. The door was a little loud when closed, could hear the banging every time which affected my sleep. The lock was spoiled and unable to lock the door fully, which felt a little unsafe as solo
