Liked:Good location within nearby mall

Disliked:Poor aircon distribution between bedroom and living room. Bedroom is warm at night and living room is cold. Had to open the divider door between living room and bedroom so better airflow is circulate in but sunlight shine in and cause us unable to sleep. The toilet bowl floor trap and shower cubicle shared same line. After shower, the floor trap next toilet bowl over flow.
