Good, clean, quiet.

Liked:Location good,Clean and Tidy, Staff were helpful, good aircon!

Disliked:No big cups for coffee or tea, shower blocked and overflowed in the bathroom area! Not enough pots and no plates to eat from. Like most things in Singapore, very expensive, we arrived 2 days late and no one mentioned about any refund!

Disliked:No face washer, only clean the room every 4th day! If I can’t clean room more often, can provide a small vacuum in room for guest to use! Hair and dust everywhere by the time the room got to be cleaned

Great location, but a frustrating deposit policy

Liked:There are definitely positives to this hotel. The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great, and having a 24/7 Starbucks on-site is incredibly convenient.

Disliked:The $300 cash deposit required at check-in is completely outdated and unnecessarily inconvenient. Asking guests to hand over such a large amount of cash is frustrating, particularly when there are far more practical ways to cover incidental charges. What is even more disappointing is that this has apparently been raised and complained about by numerous guests, yet nothing seems to be done about it. If management is aware that a policy is consistently frustrating guests, surely it is time to find a better solution. The hotel has a lot going for it, but this policy leaves a poor impression and is an unnecessary irritation that could easily be addressed.

Sunny, spacious apartment, greener space in a good location.

Liked:Good location in a quieter area with good walkable access to MRT stations, Fort Canning and Dhoby Gaut. Bright and light accommodation, comfortable for a 2 week stay for our family of 5. Kitchen amenities were ample, good fridge space, cleaned well when it was cleaned every 4 days. Air conditioning effective. Newly renovated lounge area downstairs situated in good position to keep an eye out on our children when swimming. Good Wifi access. Green spaces around felt relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful at the desk. Other quiet public spaces for working if you are coming for work. Nice to have a coffee/drinks machine at the Reception/Lounge area. Good location for site seeing and wider trips throughout Singapore. Great to have a washing machine and drying rack in the apartment+all basic equipment needed for self-catering. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Disliked:-It would be great to have another sofa/seating area in the living room/dining room in our apartment; when the sofa bed is made up there is nowhere else comfortable to sit other than on the bed or at the dining table. -Would be great to have cleaners more regularly rather than every 4-5 days (we brought our own floor wipes/toilet cleaning materials) and the accommodation did provide an ample supply of bin bags, dish cleaning liquid, sponges etc..everything that you would need but would be nice to have deeper cleaning (maybe every 2-3 days) for floors/change of towels/toilet roll etc. Thank you for our stay!
