An establishment to trust

Liked:I normally stay here because the rooms are much bigger than most in Singapore and since I usually share with my teenage daughter we are so happy to not be in a tight space. This time though my favorite part about this hotel has been the amazing quality of service. Due to some unforeseen event I found myself in an stressful predicament. The team at hotel Rendez-Vous were so generous and helpful. They did they best to accommodate me and make this already stressful situation less difficult. They were in no way obligated to do so but they did and I'm so grateful for that. Now I don't only stay there because the pool is great, the gym is cool and the location is perfect (all for a very fair rate). From now on I book my stay because I trust them, they strive to provide a great service.
