For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free, complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for a QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for a complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail to the island. The ticketing counter closes at 18:00. Please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance. In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following rooms: Courtyard Premier Rooms. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of SGD 100 (before taxes) per stay, per dog. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash while in public areas of the property. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room. Please note that dogs are not permitted in some public areas, such as the swimming pool, gym, Oasia Spa and indoor space of Bedrock Origin, of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Liked:The property is just located on sentosa internal train station. Location wise it’s good. Staff is very helpful,

Disliked:I didn’t like room maintenance, overall cleanliness, smell in the room and corridor, amenities were old and less properly working.

Reasonably comfortable stay at a premium price

Liked:Facility was directly across from the Imbiah Station for quick access to Sentosa Island as well as back to the mainland via VivoCity/Harbourfront transit hub. The A/C was excellent. The staff was very attentive. We were able to use the large table/meeting room downstairs without any issue/hassle from the staff. For a family of 3 the layout was suitable but the sofabed has to be laid out on the floor essentially cutting off access from the master bedroom to the entrance (and you have to move through the bathroom).

Disliked:Soundproofing was inadequate. We heard talking neighbors, screaming kids, and plenty of outside noise. The light switch system inside the room was also kludgy...the switch next to the entrance only controls some lights while the master panel next to the master bed controls all lights yet there isn't a switch inside the bathroom at all.

For the money I spent here, I would get much better service in a 3 star hotel in Batam.

Liked:Location was convenient to visit sentosa attractions.

Disliked:Poor staff service - not pleasant in their responses. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner. Corridor was not clean. Tea bags in the room were quite old. Overall poor experience.
