WAY BELOW AVERAGE - WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Liked:The property was clean, but the rooms weren't particularly spacious. The location was average, with no view whatsoever from the room. Considering how much we paid, we expected a much better overall experience and value for money.

Disliked:It was a really disappointing stay. There were issue after issue - the flush wasn't working, the curtains wouldn't close properly, and there was a high-pitched machine-like noise that went on continuously for more than three hours. It was very obvious that the noise wasn't coming from another room, but the staff simply dismissed it, saying someone was using a dryer. Honestly, it didn't sound anything like a dryer, and it's hard to believe someone would be using one continuously for three hours. We even had to change our room because of the initial issues, but unfortunately, the new room wasn't problem-free either. The service was equally disappointing. We had to call three times just to get someone to check the flush and twice for the curtain issue. While the reception staff were polite, the rest of the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. They had such unfriendly expressions that you genuinely didn't feel comfortable approaching them for help.

Liked:As two adults with two kids five and one it was the perfect location and set up for us to enjoy all activities nearby. The hotel was meticulously clean and we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were/ sofa bed aswell

Disliked:With a pram there is no pram access into the hotel, but we did receive help on the occasion

Liked:Location is great, staff are friendly.

Disliked:Rooms are getting a little old (on the third floor). Bathroom flooded twice from faulty piping from the basins. Air-conditioning was either freezing cold at 27 degrees or stuffy at 28. If possible stick to floor two. We did request for this prior to arrival, as we stayed in a room on floor two our first time and was the reason for returning, unfortunately the hotel does not seem able to tend to any requests. Early check in was also met with the same generic email back saying they would try but ultimately they do not. Disappointing considering returning customers and will probably try a different hotel for our next visit.

I would not stay there again.

Liked:Location of the property was good.

Disliked:The cleaning was not done till late in the afternoon or evening. The AC in our room had condensation issue and we were told to make the temperature higher but that made the room warm and unable to sleep for us.
