OK but could have been better

Liked:Breakfast fair. Room OK but very basic.

Disliked:Didn't like handling of fire alarm by staff, Very badly handled with little care about guests Didn't like the building works - floor 8 was very noisy at 7am on the dot. Other floors not so much.

I will recommend lyf Funan and will stay there again if the room rates are within my budget

Liked:The room was efficiently and stylishly furnished. There were thoughtful arrangement like hooks in bathroom for towels, bench to sit when you wear your shoes and spaces to place your shoes. Other than the desk, there is space with the extended platform bed to hold things so you didn’t have to place outside clothes and bags on your bed or on the floor, and space for your personal items. Shower was not a poky stall. The Funan mall has supermarket, food places , gym, and location and connectivity to Raffles City and City Hall mrt is great. Easy for grab to pick up at both entrances. I made a comment in. A previous feedback about things being broken and not repaired, and within the week, that was addressed

Disliked:Now that I am in another hotel, I can say that laundry and dryer cost at $8 +$8 is expensive. The breakfast space experience is not ideal. Funan mall is missing a really nice “coffee” place, and perhaps this is an opportunity for Lyf to bring in a good operator to offer that.
